In Brunswick, Georgia  (1984) an obstetrician consulting in the ER sent a (non-emergent) pregnant lawyer 80 miles north to Savannah for routine prenatal care:  She had sued an obstetrician from a rival group.  She had sued 'my brother.'  Herein lies the state of our Social Contract.  Res Ipsa Loquitur.
